Greg Grinnell began his career in the construction industry working in the family business. After eight years learning various trades, Greg decided to form his own company, Grinnell Associates North in 1985. In addition to being a general contractor, Greg was a certified home inspector between 1989 to 1992.

Specializing in residential and light-commercial building, Grinnell Associates North has produced a nine-home subdivision, numerous custom homes, as well as smaller projects such as additions, garages, and decks. Home improvement jobs are welcome, ranging from exterior upgrades to interior remodeling.
